Nikou Shayan, President and CEO

Nikou believes that leaders should have the ability to make their employees realize how their work contributes to the attainment of the bigger picture.

Nikou is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 10 years of experience in IT project management, Federal IT governance, acquisition strategy development, investment management, portfolio management, and business process management in software and systems engineering environments. She has a track record of success in strategizing and leading an enterprise-level process improvement effort on implementation and automation of an Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO)in compliance with CMMI, PMI, ITIL, and other industry standards and best practices. She has also successfully lead Project Management (PM), Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), and Enterprise Architecture (EA) activities for several major investments at the U.S. Department of Labor.

Nikou still provides agency oversight support to ensure compliance of several major and non-major IT investments with federal IT governance requirements at Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management (OASAM)/Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) at U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
